Dear Michael, I know this has been a while but Nigel and I wanted to thank you for all your help with our trip to Turkey. We had THE BEST trip. It was enhanced by yourself, Mehmet and Ihsan. Your organisation, Knowledge, prompt responses and helpfulness was fantastic. We also loved Mehmet ( at the end of our tour.... explaining that a tip was not necessary as he loved his job.) One of our pet hates is the tipping at the end of a tour. Wondering how much and when etc. we tipped as we really appreciated the knowledge and passion he exhibited. He was such an integral part of us enjoying everything.

Hi Michael We have just finished our 7 day tour of Turkey and can't speak more highly of your staff and affiliates. Wherever we went in Turkey the tour guides were outstanding. The experience we had in Turkey is beyond unforgettable. Even thou my husband and I have visited Turkey many times before I can truly say that we really had a trip of a lifetime by choosing a tour to really get the most out of the country. We choose a 5 day tour, Ephesus, Pambukalee and Cappodica it was full of adventure, history, religion, culture, art and seeing/hearing the different aspects of human history was very fascinating. All the travel services with flight and busses were professional, prompt and very clean with no hick-ups! The drivers were helpful with our luggage’s, had water in the vans for us and very patient while waiting for us thru out the day. The location and accommodations of the hotels were very good, the best one was in Cappodica our room was in a cave it was unbelievable. In all the restaurants we ate the food was mesmerizing all I can say we were in food “Coma” everyday so much variety, so tasteful! Our tour guides were excellent, friendly, educated, had a passion for history and spoke very good English, spending a day with each of them we got to know a little about each other which was a pleasure.

My wife and I have just returned home from our outstanding tour of Turkey.

 

Everything went absolutely brilliantly. The fact that every day involved a different tour operator  but that it all came together is nothing short of incredible. The hotels were high quality and in excellent locations.

 

The fact that recent events have caused a dramatic drop in tourist numbers is particularly sad for your business and for Turkey. However, for us it was a benefit, as we were able to see all the key sights without hordes of people.

Of course we also had the luxury of personalized attention on most days.

 

Just one suggestion for the future. While in Cappadocia we went to a Turkey dinner and cultural show that was outstanding. This is something you might wish to include as an optional extra for future tourists.

 

Once again, my sincere thanks.

This is the second year I have used Turkey Travel Centre to plan my trip to Greece and Turkey. And as the previous year the whole process of travelling about with always some one waiting my arrival with my name and then being met to move onto the next destination has been orchestrated by Michael and his team....every last detail from ferry tickets, excursions, hotel room type and inclusion to pick ups and drop offs all done.
The accommodation has been perfect and the additional excursions have been fantastic! Nothing is any difficulty for TTC and if I needed them it was merely a phone call, not that it arose.
I was delighted to finish my walking tour today and be met by part of the team who seem to have become my good friends here in Turkey to enjoy lunch and lively conversation.
Thank you to Michael, Ihsan and Mimet for a wonderful day and ensuring once again my holiday was everything I hoped for and more!

I was hoping to give you some feedback from our recent trip. Thanks for arranging a good trip for the two of us. All of the transfers and pick ups were excellent and punctual except one but they informed us that they were running late. All of the hotels used were excellent as well.

Three months ago, I emailed Michael Altan requesting a quote as well as more information about his tour company. Michael replied immediately and gave me different tour options. For two months, I emailed him very frequently and asked an array of questions because I was traveling alone. His prompt responses and great professionalism were what made me book his tour company! He worked with my ideas and booked the locations I wanted to visit at an amazing price! Upon arriving in Istanbul, Turkey, my contact travel advisor was Ihsan Dincel (co-operator of Turkey Travel Centre). Ihsan Dincel welcomed me to Turkey via telephone and provided me with his direct cell phone number to call him should anything arise. During my 13-day stay in Turkey, I did not have to worry about a single thing! All my hotel transfers, hotel stay, tour guides and accommodations were taken care of; I almost felt like family. While many other tour groups had to take long 10-12 hr bus rides to their next location, I enjoyed taking 3 domestic flights between cities in Turkey. Turkey Travel Centre really emphasizes their ability to make their guests comfortable during vacation and they do this every step of the way.

Thank you for organizing  our Turkey tour, we have had an amazing time, have seen beautiful sights and met some lovely people.

All the accommodation was great with all staff very friendly and accommodating and we would happily stay at any of these hotels again. They were all in great locations as we were able to walk from the hotel to some great restaurants and shopping areas. The staff at the Sokullu Pasa Hotel in Istanbul were very helpful after the terrorist bombing at the airport ,checking with pickups and the airport to make sure all was ok. A sad ending to our trip but this would not put us off going back to such a beautiful, friendly country. Our Show in Istanbul was cancelled due to lack of people but we were compensated with a lovely meal and it was great to meet up with your colleague.

All pickups were punctual and all the guides very friendly, they spoke English very clearly and had an amazing amount of knowledge.

Its very hard to have a favourite place as we loved all the places we went to but if we had to name any it would be Kas with its beautiful setting and Cappadocia. The balloon ride was amazing and what a fantastic place to do it.
