We organised a section of our recent Turkey trip with Turkey Travel Centre. In all our dealings, we found Michael and his team to be efficient, thorough and incredible helpful. We made some changes before arrival and once during our trip. At all times we found the staff to be friendly and responsiive, seeking feedback on the tour, accommodation and transport operators they had linked us into. Our trip was well organised, the drivers were punctual, the hotels were interesting and comfortable, the agents were always helpful and easy to contact,the guides spoke fluent English, were knowledgable, professional and good company. The cost was competitive. Turkey Travel centre did everything that was outlined in our itinerary. I would happily recommend this travel centre. We loved the whole experience of Istanbul and Cappodocia.

We had a fabulous time in Turkey, over and beyond our expectations. Thanks Michael for organizing our Best of Turkey tour, including accommodation and transport. We adored Istanbul, the hotel both there and in Cappadocia were delightful. I was impressed by the state of all the attractions we saw as they are amazingly well maintained and the guides obviously knew their history well.

Of Ephesus, Pamulkale and Cappadocia, "Kapadokya" won our hearts. What a delightful place and we are looking forward to seeing it again some day.

Travelling with a 14 year old is not always a delight, but our son was thrilled with variety of places we saw and it made learning historical facts so much more interesting for him. We were delighted that like us, he too enjoyed it so much.

Looking forward to seeing all those other gorgeous places we did not make it to this time in the near future.

We did have a fabulous time and felt that your arrangements were exactly as promised! It really covered every little detail and was such a relief to have that all taken care of by you.

The driver was professional, the car was very comfortable (Mercedes SUV), with our water/juice being re-stocked constantly.

The tour guide spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable at all the museums and sites we visited!

The meals were good, the hotels were excellent, and the ruins in Ephesus were absolutely stunning!

We would sincerely like to thank you very much for organising private Silk Road tour of Turkey in such a short notice, not to mention tailoring it according to our chosen destinations, budget with seeing so many historical places in such a short space of time. Our family would also like to congratulate you on your excellent work, well organised and well arranged without any delay or hardship.

We specificlly would like to let you know of the service each of the guided tour companies offered us for their friendliness and excellent information and professionalism. All six of us enjoyed every minute of the tour, be it for the excellent accomodation, tours and delicious foods as well as all organised transports. We cant get over of how everything was just perfect. Our memories of Mother Mery,s house in Ezmir, the old city of Ephesus, Pumakale, Konya, and Cappadocia and the Baloonning on the skies of Cappadocia shall stay with us for many years. Most of all we all felt at home, we found the turkish people very friendly, neat and helpful and this itself was a bonus.

This makes us want to come to turkey very soon again. Just wanted to let you know that our family is saving from now to travel again to Turkey soon in the future.

Also our tour guide for Konya was very kind to us and as soon as he found out that we have an interest in Hodja Nassreddin's monument he took us to Aghshair and showed us the city centre and Nassreddin's tomb and statues, we also exchanged many of the humor about Nassreddin and shared many laughs.

We hope this email serves justice in expressing our positive feelings and happy emotions about this trip. Our holiday in Turkey was fantastic, mainly because of the way that we were looked after by Turkey Travel Centre. From the moment we contacted TTC, their service was excellent. Any email was answered immediately, and then once we arrived in Istanbul, Enver's personal touch, was wonderful. He called in to our hotel to meet us and then made sure that we had a phone call every day to ensure that all was happening as we expected.

Having an individual guide for our walking tour of the old city, was beyond our expectations (and Murat was an excellent and knowledgeable guide). The tours to Ephesus and Cappadoccia were unique and if you go to Cappadoccia, go on the balloon ride! The Sokullupasa Hotel in Istanbul was a gem - what amazing people work in that hotel.

Our recent visit to Turkey was delightful: we enjoyed the friendliness of the Turkish people, the delicious, colourful and varied cuisine, ancient historical sites such as Ephesus, and of course the amazing geological formations of Kapadokya and Pamukkale. Our Tour Guides were enthusiastic and so well-informed, and thanks to Turkey Travel Centre, our complicated itinerary ran smoothly. We just returned from a brilliant holiday to Turkey. It's a magical place, but our trip was definitely the better for booking with Turkey Travel Centre. Micheal always responded to our emails immediately, in a thoughtful way, trying to solve all our itinerary challenges. It's rare to find this kind of client service, especially on-line.

We visited Istanbul, Gallipoli, Kusadasi and Cappadocia. Highlights were the cooking class in Istanbul and the cave hotel in Cappadocia. Would suggest leaving at least 2 spare days for Istanbul... we had no idea how big the Grand Bazaar is!
