Right from my first inquiry from Michael to the day to day management of our tour by Makbule we could not have been better looked after. We chose the Grand Turkey Tour and happily paid the extra for a private tour. This was well worth it for us because we are in our mid seventies and had some health issues. Because we were on a private tour we were able to change a couple of the regular hotel choices to ones we had always wanted to stay in. All the regular hotels normally used by this company were excellent. Michael carefully followed our request for hotel rooms with as few stairs as possible. Every hotel was aware of this and gave us a room on the ground floor. We asked Michael for a bird watching tour somewhere and he happily included it in our itinerary. The quality of the guides was also a highlight. They were always punctual, pleasant and well informed. They all listened to us when we explained why we were doing a private tour and modified their itinerary . They gave us rest stops whenever we needed them. The transfer vehicles were clean and comfortable. Makbule sent a daily email outlining what was happening the next day. She responded quickly to any questions we had. Michael organised all our flights and everything worked well. I will recommend this company to anyone interested in travelling to Türkiye or the other countries they cover.
